Sale dates are from Kabukiza's official program pages. The December page gives the date only; the 10:00 start comes from the official ticket page, which says online sales start at 10:00 on the first day. Single-act seat times are from the official program and news pages.

How hard to get (“Usually sells out within days or weeks”): Estimate, not measured: the official pages don't say how fast seats sell. Leftover regular seats are sold at the door before curtain, and single-act seats are sold every day.
