When do Nintendo Museum tickets go on sale?
Tickets are allocated by lottery. Enter during the month that is 3 months before your visit; results arrive on the 1st of the next month and payment is due by the 7th.

How to buy
- Enter the lottery with a Nintendo Account, starting three months before your visit.
- Results are emailed on the 1st of the following month, in the afternoon (Japan time).
- Pay by the 7th by credit card (3D Secure required), or the tickets are cancelled automatically.
- After the lottery, tickets freed by cancellations may be sold first-come, first-served.
Rules to know
- Your QR code can be issued from 14:00 the day before your visit. Once issued, the ticket cannot be cancelled.
