The lottery and its past entry windows are from official Tokyo Metropolitan Government pages. Each round's dates are announced about a month ahead, so dates for future rounds are our estimate (the 1st of the month before) until they are announced.

How hard to get (“Given out by lottery, and hard to win”): Only 100 places a day, given out by lottery (official); we show it as hard to get because the lottery is usually oversubscribed (estimate).
